For the past decade, Jamie has been on a journey in the world of alternative health. What began in the pet industry gradually expanded into a deep passion for the well-being of both humans and animals. Drawn to natural alternatives from an early age, Jamie turned to holistic practices after facing severe health challenges and feeling abandoned by the traditional medical system. Seeking deeper healing on a mental, physical, and spiritual level, this journey led to a profound understanding of the body's innate ability to restore balance.

As a Womb Healing Facilitator, Herbalist, and Medicine Woman, Jamie helps clients reconnect with their bodies, heal emotional wounds, and regulate their nervous systems. Her work is rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from addressing the intricate connection between the body, emotions, and spirit. She is dedicated to guiding others on their healing journeys, ensuring they feel empowered every step of the way.

Passionate about food as medicine and the healing power of plants, Jamie integrates nutrition and herbal remedies into her sessions, helping clients use natural solutions to heal and prevent imbalances. Through personalized one-on-one sessions, she supports individuals in cultivating a lifestyle of balance, vitality, and purpose.

For Jamie, wellness is about achieving harmony between the physical, mental, and spiritual self. She is committed to helping others create that balance so they can experience lasting health and empowerment.
