Sacred Yoga is a pop-up gathering designed as a gentle return to yourself. In an intimate, small-group setting, we move through accessible yoga infused with meditation, breath, and quiet self-reflection. Each session is an invitation to slow time, listen inward, and reconnect with the subtle wisdom of body and spirit. No experience required—just a willingness to arrive as you are. ✨

The Emotion Code, developed under Dr. Bradley Nelson, is an energy healing modality designed to identify and release trapped emotions that may be negatively affecting your mental, emotional or physical well being. Trapped emotions are emotional energies that become "stuck" in the body during intense or traumatic experiences. The unprocessed emotions can disrupt your energy flow and contribute to issues like chronic pain, emotional instability, or even difficulty forming meaningful relationships.

Through guided meditation, I identify and release the energetic triggers disrupting your well-being. Unlike the Emotion Code, which works with specific emotional imprints, the F.I.X. Code releases the energetic imprint at every source of inception—physical, emotional, ancestral, and energetic—while allowing your system the time and space it needs to gently integrate the shifts. Each session meets you where you are and honors your body’s natural pace.
