We’re excited to expand this year’s Art of Healing Festival to include interactive performers who can engage, inspire, and connect with attendees throughout the day.

This application is for performers offering experiences such as (but not limited to):
live art, music, movement, storytelling, demonstrations, or other creative expressions that invite participation or connection.

Unlike vendors, performers are not required to remain for the full duration of the event, and scheduling will be coordinated based on your offering.

Please read through the guidelines below before submitting your application.
Submitting an application does not guarantee placement at the festival. We thoughtfully curate offerings to create a balanced and engaging experience for all attendees.

If we receive multiple similar applications, selected performers will be chosen based on variety and fit. Others may be placed on a waitlist.

Performer Guidelines & Agreement

By submitting this application, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for your own setup, materials, and any items you bring to support your offering.

• Performances should be interactive, engaging, or experiential in nature (not solely passive).

• You are not required to stay the full event time, but you must arrive and be prepared within your scheduled time window.

• Set-up times will be coordinated individually based on your performance schedule.

• All performers must be respectful of shared space, sound levels, and the overall flow of the event.

• This is a rain or shine event—please plan accordingly if you think you may need a tent.

• If your offering would require specific accommodations (sound, space, etc) please include those details in your application.
