More than a movement class
In this 75 minute experience, we explore the sacred path of Tantra Yoga — a heart-opening practice that blends breathwork (pranayama), mindful movement, meditation, and subtle energy activation.

Through guided postures, intentional touch (self or partner-based depending on the format), mantra, and inner awareness, we awaken the body’s life force (prana), dissolve energetic blocks, and invite a more vibrant, conscious experience of being.

🌹 This class may include:

  • Gentle asana (yoga postures) for opening energy centers

  • Breathwork to cultivate presence and inner stillness

  • Meditation and mantras to deepen your awareness

  • Optional journaling, intention-setting, or partner practices

Whether you come solo or with a partner, this space honors consent, boundaries, and healing. You are invited to move at your own pace and receive what you need.

Perfect for: All levels — from curious beginners to seasoned yogis. No prior experience with tantra necessary. Come with an open heart and comfortable clothing.
